Advance Pricing
10' x 10' Booth: $500.00
10' x 20' Booth: $750.00
20' x 20' Booth: $1,250.00

Corner Booths add $50.00 (see Floor Plan)

Booth price includes pipe and drape backwall, siderails,
identification sign and four exhibitor badges.

Booth Furniture/Electricity
A packet will be sent out in December from George Fern Company detailing
furniture pricing and ordering. An electricity order form will also be included.

Payment Policy
Payment in full is required with contract before booths

Host Hotel

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Overland Park-Convention Center is our host hotel and is located less than one mile from the show. and is offering a fantastic rate of $75 for a King or Double Queen room, or $85 for a Suite. The rate includes a free continental breakfast and complimentary shuttle to show facility. Rooms must be booked by January 25.

The Group Code for the room block is KCG. To book a room reservations online, go to www.holidayinn.com/overlandprkks , and then “Check Availability” on the left side of the screen. Fill out the small section with the group code of KCG to reserve rooms at the discounted group rate of $75.00 / $85.00 a night.
